Dne 22-23.8. 2025 jsme se zůčastnili Mistrovství světa v sushi v Japonském Tokyu a
Headchef Jaroslav Karásek byl celkově vyhlášen na
4. místě.
Dále jsme úspešně v Tokyu absolvovali teoretickou a praktickou zkoušku v sushi
a složili jsme:

(kde jsme podle bodového ohodnocení dosáhli úroveň 1.DAN, které má pouze 77 sushi mistrů na světě)

Vyrůstal jsem v Havířově a měl jsem dvě vášně - Judo & Umění. Miloval jsem japonské tradice a praktiky v Judu (vytvořené v roce 1882 jako tělesná, mentální a morální pedagogika v Japonsku). Zároveň jsem navštěvoval uměleckou školu.
